A full-time nurse practitioner and registered nurse reside on campus and provide assistance to students, community and staff 24 hours a day. Our Optical Clinic provides services for the school, staff, and community. Several times a year, dental students from Loma Linda University hold a dental clinic for staff and community. The elementary school provides high quality learning opportunities in a Christian environment, and the dormitories give kids from far away a chance to attend the school. The Seventh-day Adventist Church at La Vida—in addition to the other community services the Mission provides—is our way of sharing the message of Christ’s love and His plan for our salvation.
